Return Policy

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your Krush Beauty purchase, we will be more than willing to either process a refund within 7days of delivery.

*Restrictions:

• Refunds are ONLY for Krush Beauty products that have not been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in anyway! The products must be returned within seven (7) days of the date that you received your order. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• We do not cover return labels. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

• We do not process exchanges, only refunds for items returned.
• To purchase your desired product, simply visit our home page to purchase what you prefer.

How to request a return?

Send us an email to info@krushonyourbeauty.com. Please contact us before sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored. All items returned must have a note with the information provided:

• Order Number
• Reason for Return
